Q:What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Standard check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM the next day. For day cruises, it is typically 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Q:Is food included in the booking?
For Overnight Cruises: Yes, all meals are included (Lunch, Evening Tea & Snacks, Dinner, and Breakfast the next morning). For Day Cruises: Only Lunch and Evening Tea & Snacks are included (Breakfast and Dinner are not included).
Q:Can we get separate food menus for kids or people with allergies?
Absolutely. Please inform our team at least 48 hours in advance so our onboard chef can prepare accordingly.
Q:How many people can stay in one boat?
Each bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (below 3 years). Extra beds are available upon request for an additional charge.
Q:Is it safe to stay overnight on the backwaters?
Yes, our boats are anchored in safe, designated areas at night. We have professional crew members onboard 24/7 to ensure your safety.
Q:Do you have AC running all the time?
For Overnight Cruises: Deluxe boats provide bedroom AC from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Premium boats provide 24-hour AC in the bedrooms only. Luxury boats provide 24-hour AC in both bedrooms and glass-enclosed seating/dining areas. For Day Cruises: AC is only available on Premium and Luxury boats during the cruise hours.
